Dharma Drum Buddhist College is proud to sponsor the XVIth Congress of the International Association of Buddhist Studies, to be held from June 20th to 25th, 2011. This academic conference is the premier international forum during which scholars of Buddhism may present their findings.
Dharma Drum Buddhist College is part of the Dharma Drum Mountain World Center for Buddhist Education, which is located on the north coast of Taiwan, close to the town of Jinshan. Dharma Drum Mountain is nestled among the mountains of the beautiful Yangmingshan National Park, source of the luxurious Hot Spring resorts for which Jinshan is famous. It looks out over one of the long sandy beaches of Jinshan Bay, to the Pacific Ocean beyond.
